We accept guests by reservation only. A 25% deposit is required for a reservation. We will refund your deposit if you cancel at least 14 days in advance, and thereafter if we can re-rent the room(s).

We accept personal checks, traveler's checks, or cash - but not credit cards at this time. We have a 24 ATM at the Common 2 miles from the farm. Any balance is due when you arrive.

Special Events

Special events should be scheduled as early as possible. Our overnight rate is $600 plus $50 for each hour that deviates from our normal 3 p.m. check-in and 11 a.m. check-out times. Our day rate is $300 and includes 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Additional hours may be arranged at $50 per hour.

We provide all our guests with water, tea, cocoa, and coffee, and our overnight guests with a continental breakfast. Additional beverages, snacks, and meals may be arranged at additional cost.

Entertainment and special accommodations like tents, RV hookups, kayaks, SeaBikes, and golf carts, etc. can be arranged also. We would be happy to discuss your special needs. Please let us know what you would like.
